Next week I will be delivering an "adoptees in education" presentation to a professional education group. I am very excited about this opportunity to talk about adoption and share adoptees educational needs with a group of professionals.
These teachers are part of a professional organization dedicated to improving education. I am honored to be presenting this important information to them.
This will be my third adoption/adoptees presentation. I am so excited to be sharing with others what our adopted kids need and how their needs are different.
Please pray for me as I prepare this presentation with updated research. I hope to inform and educate others so that our adopted kids have the best chance they can get in our schools. As an adoptive mother and professional educator, this is what I want to do.
