We just learned that our dossier has been sent to the Chinese Consulate! The dossier should be sent back to our agency soon, and then it will be off to China! Our caseworker thinks it will be mailed to China before the end of the month!
Hopefully we will have an LID before then end of November. Hoping for a speedy referral!!!!
