That's when we think our dossier will head off to China.

So really...what does soon mean?
Any day now, our dossier will be approved by our agency, head off to a couple places including the Chinese Embassy, and finally to China. It is our hope that our dossier will arrive in China sometime during the month of November. Wouldn't that be something to be thankful for on Thanksgiving if our dossier was there by then???
After our dossier arrives in China, it will be 3-4 weeks, or so, until we hear anything regarding our LID. Wouldn't it be a wonderful gift to have that information by Christmas???
We are hoping for a referral anytime after our LID. Of course, it would be a true blessing to have a referral by Christmas, but we think it will happen after the new year. Maybe by Chinese New Year!!!
